Data we process

• Account: email, optional name, hashed credentials, language/theme prefs.
• Service use: texts/files/URLs you submit, scores/results; history you can choose to keep 0, 30 or 90 days (90 by default if you don’t choose).
• Technical: IP, user agent, product events (GA4, Clarity, self-hosted Plausible).
• Billing: minimal data to process payments via Creem (we don’t store card numbers).

Purposes & legal bases

• Service delivery and showing history (contract).
• Authentication & security (legitimate interest).
• Product metrics and improvement: GA4 and Clarity based on consent; Plausible aggregated/self-hosted (legitimate interest).
• Billing and support (contract).

Processors & storage

Supabase (Postgres), Cloudflare R2 (files), GA4, Clarity, self-hosted Plausible, Google/GitHub OAuth, Creem for payments, Resend for transactional/support email.

Retention

History configurable by you: 0 / 30 / 90 days (90 default). Technical logs up to 90 days. Account data until deletion.

We do NOT

Sell data; train models with your content; share beyond listed providers.

Your rights

Access, rectify, erase, object, port. Email support@detectordeia.pro. EU/EEA users may contact their local DPA.

International transfers

Data may be processed in providers' locations (e.g., US); standard safeguards apply where required.

Minors

No specific age gate, but intended for users able to contract. Guardians may request deletion for minors.

Changes

We will update this page; material changes will be announced in-site.

U.S. state privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not “sell” or “share” personal data. Based on current scale we don’t meet CPRA applicability thresholds; if that changes we will provide a “Do Not Sell/Share” mechanism and honor global privacy signals (GPC).
